Support and responsible reporting
Get help with QuickPLS
Use the public issue route for non-sensitive product questions and the private security-advisory route for suspected vulnerabilities. QuickPLS currently publishes no support email address.
Microsoft Store access recovery
- Confirm Windows date and time are correct.
- Open Microsoft Store and sign in with the account that acquired QuickPLS access.
- Connect to the internet, reopen QuickPLS, and choose Check access again.
- Use Open Microsoft Store if acquisition or renewal is required.
Microsoft—not QuickPLS—manages billing, cancellation, refund, renewal, and account recovery. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or verification codes in a support request.
Before reporting a product problem
- Confirm the QuickPLS and Windows versions.
- Record the method, exact settings, project history, expected behaviour, and observed behaviour.
- Create the smallest synthetic or anonymized reproducer.
- Remove credentials, confidential datasets, personal data, unpublished identifiable research, and full personal paths.
Public product issue
Use public issues for reproducible installation, access, workflow, calculation, accessibility, or documentation problems that contain no sensitive material.
Private security report
Do not disclose a suspected vulnerability publicly. Use the repository’s private security-advisory route.
Support scope
Support does not replace research consulting, study-specific interpretation, external validation, or journal advice. No response-time service commitment is offered.
